Fletcher-Lowe House, ca. 1902

Components of the stone facing of this 1902 home were shaped and numbered in New York and shipped to Huntsville for the construction of this home. The architecture is Chateauesque Revival.
Early residents, the Fletchers and Lowes, were well-known bankers and politicians. Richard Lowe was an early circuit solicitor for Madison County, known today as a district attorney.
